• Review clinical claim denials, accounts, charges, and clinical documentation to identify root causes and appropriate resolutions
• write and submit appeals and reconsiderations according to payer guidelines
• track denial trends and identify process improvement opportunities
• communicate denial and appeal activity to stakeholders and report trends to Revenue Cycle leadership
• support audit and compliance work.
