StepStone Family & Youth Services provides trauma-informed, youth-centered services to children and families involved in foster care. The manager oversees financial, administrative, and operational functions so program teams can focus on serving youth and families. The role supports accurate billing and reimbursement, payroll, accounts payable, client funds, internal controls, and day-to-day operations across multiple programs.

What you'll do

• Manage revenue-cycle and accounts-receivable functions, client financial records, accounts payable, purchase cards, client funds, and payroll
• oversee administrative operations for multiple programs
• maintain financial controls, expense reports, and fixed-asset systems
• ensure accurate client billing and reimbursement
• process and review invoices and payment records
• liaise with corporate departments
• maintain contract personnel files and required documentation
• orient and train employees
• maintain business documents and property updates
• supervise the Office Coordinator.
