Assist with care to obstetrical trauma patients; remain available for all trauma activations; follow patient throughout hospital course; work in conjunction with the Director of Trauma Services and Trauma Medical Director; assist in identification of Performance Improvement opportunities; create clear action plans and initiate resolution of Performance Improvement opportunities.
