Production Associate – Food Manufacturing & Innovation

Job overview

The Production Associate role is onsite in Hudson, NY, and pays $20.25 per hour starting. GLKS, part of Fermented Food Holdings, manufactures premium fermented foods and develops products for grocery shelves across North America. The associate prepares ingredients and production batches, operates manufacturing and packaging equipment, and follows quality, food-safety, and sanitation procedures. The work supports consistent production while contributing to a facility that combines manufacturing with product innovation.

What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients, recipes, and production batches
• operate food manufacturing and automated packaging equipment
• monitor product quality and follow production procedures
• comply with food-safety, GMP, and sanitation requirements
• use pallet jacks and material-handling equipment
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• support production areas as needed.
