What you'll do

  • Support and supervise CSU clients according to individualized care plans
  • maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment
  • conduct safety checks and document observations
  • assist with activities of daily living
  • lead groups and activities as directed
  • use trauma-informed and nonviolent de-escalation techniques
  • monitor and document vital signs under clinical supervision
  • report concerns and incidents
  • assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions
  • maintain EHR documentation
  • collaborate with nursing, therapy, case management, and psychiatry.
