What you'll do

• Respond to calls and online leads
• identify prospective residents’ needs
• arrange and conduct tours
• follow up after showings
• prepare reservation and lease paperwork
• complete applicant checks
• maintain leasing and resident records
• support marketing initiatives
• prepare apartments for move-in
• respond to resident requests and work toward renewals
• conduct zone walks and quality checks.
