Sales Support Associate, Financial Services

What you'll do

• Explain DPL products and services to prospects and clients by phone and email
• contact prospects from established lead databases
• set appointments and participate in onboarding calls
• maintain membership opportunities in Salesforce
• support application accuracy with sales consultants and operations
• learn DPL systems, sales model, and carrier products
• obtain required state life and health licenses, SIE, and Series 6 and 63 licenses if not already held.
