What you'll do

• Lead proposal lifecycles for RFIs, sources-sought responses, RFQs, RFPs, task orders, and recompetes
• develop plans, schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, storyboards, assignments, review calendars, and production timelines
• ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and deadlines
• write and edit proposal content
• translate subject-matter input into persuasive narratives
• lead Pink, Red, Gold, and final compliance reviews
• coordinate cross-functional contributors and proposal resources
• facilitate proposal meetings and submission-readiness reviews
• improve proposal processes, tools, templates, and reusable content.
