• Identifies and implements necessary nursing interventions, including medication administration and treatments.
• Documents all assessments and interventions accurately and timely.
• Uses critical thinking for change in condition management and crisis situations.
• Monitors care delivery and participates in QAPI process.
• Assists with resident care and call lights.
• Completes continuing education requirements.
