The Information Systems Security Manager role is fully onsite in San Diego, CA. The annual pay range is $135,000–$231,000. The manager supports Innovative Defense Technologies’ classified lab and information systems at its San Diego office. The role maintains Risk Management Framework compliance and the security authorization and continuous-monitoring posture of classified systems. It leads security personnel and coordinates with program, engineering, cybersecurity, and operational stakeholders to protect systems and prepare for government assessments.

What you'll do

• Implement and manage the classified information-systems security program
• maintain authority to operate and security artifacts in eMASS
• oversee change control and CCI assessments
• lead security portions of government assessments and self-inspections
• manage continuous monitoring, audit compliance, vulnerability scans, STIG compliance, and POA&Ms
• support SDLC and DevSecOps security practices
• manage security training and insider-threat awareness
• lead ISSOs and security administrators through RMF
• investigate security incidents
• and prepare classified systems for DCSA assessments.
