Founding Product Engineer

The Founding Product Engineer role is onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, five days per week, and is full-time. Base salary is $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus competitive equity. The role supports an early-stage AI-focused technology company building developer-first infrastructure for AI agents. The role exists to turn customer problems into end-to-end software products and help shape product engineering practices from the company’s earliest stage. It contributes across product discovery, design, development, deployment, and the developer experience.

What you'll do

• Build products end-to-end across frontend experiences, APIs, backend services, data models, and infrastructure
• speak with developers and review support conversations and usage data
• identify customer challenges and decide what to build
• prototype quickly
• shape the developer experience from sign-up through production
• establish product engineering practices and design standards.
