Fleet Account Manager

The position serves as a customer advisor, coordinating fleet management, maintenance, and sales support to improve utilization and total cost of ownership while strengthening customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage customer forklift fleets, including utilization, maintenance performance, and costs
• provide proactive customer support
• collaborate with sales on growth opportunities
• develop sales strategies and fleet programs
• use technology platforms to monitor performance and report to customers
• coordinate repair quotes, maintenance approvals, service communications, invoices, purchase orders, and fleet expenditures.
