The Health Information Supervisor, Field position is based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and travels across Pine Bluff, Little Rock, Conway, and Fort Smith. • Lead and manage staff processing medical records and responding to status inquiries
• document information across platforms

• review data and provide solutions to clients and leadership
• manage requests from client risk-management teams
• oversee escalated calls
• coordinate with client and location management
• participate in project teams and operational initiatives
• support hiring, training, and staff development.
