What you'll do

• Welcome pet parents and dogs
• check dogs for mats, injuries, hot spots, sensitive areas, temperament changes, and medication
• communicate with current and prospective clients
• sell memberships, products, and services
• schedule appointments
• educate pet parents and recommend services
• maintain detailed profiles
• check dogs in and out
• complete Hygiene Technician training within the first three months
• manage a cash drawer and point-of-sale system.
