What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors
• conduct unarmed bicycle and vehicle patrols of common areas, exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeters
• monitor access and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns
• respond to incidents and resident concerns
• prepare daily activity, incident, and patrol reports.

Why this role

Scheduled daytime shifts are Monday–Thursday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; bicycle riding is required and a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
