The Engineering Technician – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Saegertown, PA, with pay of $22–$28 per hour. The position supports engineering staff at MacLean-Fogg’s manufacturing facility, which makes engineered components and solutions for automotive and industrial markets. The technician helps keep equipment and manufacturing processes operating safely and efficiently through setup, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement work. The role also supports engineering projects, equipment changes, and prototyping.

What you'll do

• Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery
• perform tests, inspections, calibrations, and adjustments
• troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• collaborate on automation improvements, installations, and layout updates
• assist with equipment modifications and repairs
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• support component and process design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and prototyping
• maintain records and follow safety, environmental, quality, and 5S requirements.

Why this role

Prior experience is preferred but not required. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with occasional weekends and overtime.
