Service-Startup Technician

The role supports customer success by completing startup work safely, documenting service, and identifying additional service or preventive-maintenance needs when interacting with customers.

What you'll do

• Perform equipment startups according to project specifications and company standards
• serve as the customer contact during startup
• follow the defined scope of work and complete tasks safely and professionally
• submit paperwork, photos, and timesheets on the service day
• promote additional service and preventive maintenance
• follow safety protocols and leave job sites clean and hazard-free
• develop skills through training.
