What you'll do

• Cover providers on leave and assume panel management and patient visits. Provide primary care across ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease care
• assess patients, develop treatment plans, educate patients, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, perform minor procedures, maintain records, collaborate with the care team, and participate in quality improvement.
