Front Desk Supervisor

Job overview

The Front Desk Supervisor role is onsite in Manassas, VA; compensation is $22–$27 per hour. The supervisor supports GPW Health Center’s mission of providing affordable access to integrated, coordinated care for the community. The supervisor oversees front desk operations for primary, dental, behavioral health, and OBGYN patients, including appointments, collections, billing, and patient satisfaction. The role helps keep patient services organized and consistent while supporting staff development and compliance.

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and mentor Patient Services staff
• coordinate annual performance evaluations and participate in hiring and termination decisions
• reconcile front desk cash and credit deposits and Nova Scripts monies
• conduct bank deposits and petty cash reconciliations
• coordinate timely billing and patient payment plans
• resolve onsite operational issues
• coordinate provider schedules, vendors, visitors, and facility needs
• work with Operations leadership to implement consistent policies and support staffing and training.

Why this role
