What you'll do

• Oversee used vehicle inventory acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and sales performance
• develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, and inventory turnover
• evaluate trade-ins, appraisals, and potential purchases
• monitor market trends, vehicle values, and local competition
• maintain appropriate inventory levels
• work with sales on strategies and goals
• ensure vehicles are inspected, reconditioned, and prepared for sale
• coordinate with service and reconditioning teams
• monitor sales volume, gross profit, inventory aging, and expenses
• train, coach, and motivate team members
• ensure transactions and operations comply with dealership policies and regulations.
