What you'll do
- Lead and negotiate venture capital equity financings from term sheet through closing.
- Advise startups on corporate matters including formations, capitalization, securities law compliance, and governance.
- Structure and negotiate debt financings and M&A transactions.
- Serve as a strategic legal advisor to founders and executive teams.
