Fitness Trainer

What you'll do

• Conduct new-member orientations on safe and effective equipment use
• design and lead small-group classes
• provide general fitness instruction and equipment guidance
• build member relationships and encourage participation
• remain available on the club floor
• maintain a clean and safe workout environment
• disinfect equipment and report safety or equipment issues
• record session participation
• support front desk operations and club events as needed.

Why this role

Requires an accredited nationally certified trainer credential and CPR/AED certification within required timeframes; tanning certification must also be obtained within company timeframes. This is not one-on-one personal training.
