What you'll do

• Plan and direct daily drop installation work
• inspect completed installations and maintain production records and material inventory
• resolve field issues and coordinate schedules
• supervise, train, and coach crew members
• conduct safety briefings and enforce safety and permitting requirements
• address customer concerns
• report production, quality, and safety information to the Drop Installation Manager
• travel up to 100% for project assignments.
