What you'll do

• Create a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff
• mentor and supervise Direct Support Professionals
• coordinate staff assignments and resident coverage
• integrate residential supports and services
• supervise daily care and assist as needed
• monitor documentation and communicate issues
• ensure support and active treatment plans are implemented
• coordinate special events and visitations
• manage the residential program during night shifts, every other weekend, and holidays
• collaborate with departments and ensure regulatory and agency policy compliance.
