• collaborate with internal claims partners
• track team performance metrics
• support escalated customer and stakeholder concerns.

Why this role

Requires 3–5 years of personal auto claims experience, 1–3 years of management experience, and an active Texas adjuster’s license; a Florida adjuster’s license must be obtained after hire. Spanish fluency is preferred.
