Patient Account Specialist

What you'll do

• Prepare and review electronic and hardcopy claims
• correct billing edits and hold bills
• follow up on unpaid accounts and electronic rejections
• process adjustments, write-offs, reclassifications, and correspondence
• document account activity
• monitor regulatory and payer changes
• provide feedback on charge master accuracy.
