What you'll do

• Process contributions in Sage Intacct and ROCK
• balance and prepare deposits
• reconcile contribution reports to the general ledger
• manage non-contribution deposits
• oversee and train volunteers
• process tuition and other cash receipts
• prepare giving statements
• resolve donor online-giving issues
• serve as a subject matter expert on contributions
• assist with tax filings and reporting
• maintain finance records
• reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements
• report income
• perform monthly financial analysis.
