Technical Designer

Job overview

What you'll do

• Review development, pre-production, and top-of-production samples
• measure garments against specifications and provide factory comments
• create and maintain measurement specifications and technical packages
• validate grading rules
• evaluate construction and workmanship, especially for intimate apparel and loungewear
• communicate with overseas factories
• analyze sample issues and recommend solutions
• track fit history, approvals, and factory actions
• support and mentor junior technical team members.
