Water Mitigation Technician

Job overview

The Water Mitigation Technician role is onsite in Noblesville, IN, and pays $17–$22 per hour. Rytech is a nationally recognized leader in the water damage industry, working with franchises, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers. The technician handles mitigation assignments and related customer and manager communications. The role supports water damage response by maintaining job records, equipment, and a company vehicle, and by coordinating with customers and insurance personnel.

What you'll do

• Manage daily mitigation assignments and referrals
• communicate with the operations manager, customers, and insurance personnel
• maintain files in the MICA app
• maintain the company-issued vehicle, equipment, and consumables
• be available by phone and email during scheduled on-duty hours
• participate in the on-call rotation and be available 24/7 while on call
• travel when needed, including catastrophe situations and assistance in other areas
• lift and maneuver heavy equipment and contents.
