What you'll do

• Respond to hardware, software, and application incidents and service requests
• troubleshoot computers, peripherals, printers, and business applications
• set up and deploy workstations and tablets
• manage and document service tickets
• escalate issues as appropriate
• perform Active Directory user management
• provide onsite client support and assist with field deployments
• report recurring issues and client concerns.
