What you'll do

• Direct daily production-cell functions
• plan workforce utilization, space, and workflow
• backfill for Operations Director and Cell Managers as needed
• monitor operations process indicators
• work toward continuous-improvement goals
• train and develop cell managers and leads
• document lessons learned
• coordinate shared resources and on-the-job training
• support hiring and cross-training
• maintain manufacturing 5S standards
• support audits
• assist with planning, scheduling, and plant-to-plant project coordination.
