The Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist, Behavior Technician, In-Home role is an onsite, full-time position serving clients in Henrico, VA, and the assigned service area; compensation is $18–$28 per hour. RCG Behavioral Health Network provides in-home ABA services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the therapist implements individualized treatment plans and supports children’s communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills. The role also collaborates with families, records session data, and helps children generalize skills in everyday routines.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes using BCBA-developed plans
• teach communication, play, social, adaptive living, and behavioral skills
• implement Behavior Intervention Plans
• support children’s independence and confidence
• build relationships with families and model strategies during caregiver coaching
• collect behavioral data and complete session notes
• maintain required documentation and compliance.
