What you'll do

• Plan, organize, direct, implement, and evaluate resident care
• communicate resident status with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and family members
• respond to concerns
• attend resident care conferences and maintain care plans
• prepare, administer, and document medications according to orders
• document and report care issues
• identify signs and symptoms and select appropriate treatment or procedures
• supervise ancillary personnel.
