Inventory Control Manager

What you'll do

• Manage inventory accuracy targets and procedures
• oversee transactions, adjustments, transfers, reconciliations, cycle counts, and physical inventories
• investigate variances and lead corrective actions
• maintain ERP and WMS records
• analyze inventory reports and develop KPIs
• support audits, traceability, and FIFO/FEFO practices
• recruit, train, and coach inventory personnel
• lead continuous-improvement initiatives.
