What you'll do

• Lead and work alongside a crew
• install and oversee skylights, architectural sheet metal, ACM panels, metal siding, glazing, and exterior components
• organize daily work
• interpret plans and measurements
• solve field problems
• coordinate with project managers, customers, general contractors, and other trades
• communicate project updates
• train and mentor crew members
• maintain jobsite safety and quality
• care for tools and materials
• work at heights and perform hands-on installation as needed.
