What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate operators across assigned production areas
• ensure daily tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
• monitor equipment performance and escalate issues
• review production documentation, inventory records, and quality checks
• train and mentor team members
• enforce GMP, safety protocols, and company policies
• communicate priorities
• support audits and compliance
• identify process improvements
• coordinate with planning, QC, and QA
• work hands-on in assigned functional areas as applicable.
