What you'll do

• Develop and execute engagement and communications strategies
• create resident programs, events, volunteer opportunities, clubs, and committees
• use resident feedback and community data to shape programming
• lead and develop the onsite Community Life team
• establish priorities, systems, and annual plans
• partner with residents, the Board, developer partners, local organizations, and government
• manage budgets, expenses, vendors, permits, and program requirements.
