Aircraft Stress Engineer

What you'll do

• Perform preliminary and detailed engineering design
• support design changes and substantiation
• evaluate designs and results
• create mathematical models, finite element analyses, and hand calculations for aircraft structures
• validate analysis models for FAA and government airworthiness requirements
• analyze engineering data
• prepare and present structural engineering reports
• develop structural test plans
• interface with customers as directed.
