What you'll do

• Welcome visitors
• host and monitor teams through their experience
• keep areas clean and presentable
• stay current with bookings and queries
• maintain equipment and technology
• answer visitor questions and promote the experience to passers-by
• communicate with venue staff and the wider team
• open or close the venue
• support venue management in leading and developing the team.
