What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and assess risk of harm
• develop and update patient-specific treatment plans
• provide individual therapy, process groups, and family sessions
• coordinate aftercare with the treatment team
• use de-escalation skills to support safety
• document sessions, assessments, safety concerns, and interventions
• maintain professional boundaries and required training.
