What you'll do

• Participate in daily food and beverage operations
• gain hands-on experience in restaurant, breakfast, bar, banquet, and event services
• assist with opening and closing outlets and event spaces
• support guest service
• help with setup, service, breakdown, and cleaning
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• assist with inventory and supply organization
• coordinate with hotel departments
• complete assigned training, coursework, certifications, and evaluations.
