The Nutrition Services Assistant role is onsite in Fishersville, VA. Pay is $16.50–$21.95 per hour. Accurate food handling, equipment readiness, and service help the retail cafeteria meet guest needs and departmental standards.

What you'll do

• Provide responsive customer service
• prepare and cook meals
• operate a cash register or point-of-sale system and handle payments
• use and sanitize food-service equipment
• follow sanitation and infection-control standards
• label, date, store, and rotate food
• monitor and document food temperatures
• follow recipes and prepare utensils and equipment for meal periods.
