What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of hundreds of existing investors
• conduct 6–8 structured portfolio reviews daily
• explain portfolio composition, performance context, investment timelines, and venture capital
• develop expertise in investment methodology, fund offerings, and portfolio construction
• identify opportunities for Venture Planning conversations
• proactively engage investors
• coordinate with Managing Partners, Community Relations, and Investor Services
• respond to investor questions
• maintain comprehensive CRM records
• share investor insights and recommend improvements while maintaining professionalism, compliance, and information-management standards.
