What you'll do

• Assistant Managers enforce policies, procedures, and standards

• and monitor job quality, timeliness, customer expectations, and team safety. Service Managers assist customers with tire selections and repair recommendations, direct shop workflow, stage repair and maintenance work, communicate with customers, and support sales initiatives.
