Maintenance Technician

The technician helps keep apartment properties safe and in good repair by responding to service requests, preparing vacant units for occupancy, and completing building, grounds, and preventive maintenance work.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, exterior structural, and appliance issues
• handle service requests
• prepare vacant apartments for market
• clean and maintain interiors, exteriors, and common areas
• perform grounds and equipment maintenance, caulking, painting, and lock repairs
• participate in the emergency maintenance on-call rotation
• shovel snow
• assist with apartment construction and build-out as needed.
