What you'll do

• Provide companionship and social interaction
• assist with personal care, meals, feeding when needed, light housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminders
• assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• accompany clients to appointments and errands
• observe and report condition changes
• maintain documentation and communicate with the care team.
