What you'll do

• Meet and greet customers
• determine the nature of vehicle problems and may road-test or visually inspect vehicles
• create repair order requests
• obtain customer approval before sending orders to service personnel
• review completed repairs or services and collect payment
• maintain showroom cleanliness and restock displays
• perform daily cash and sales procedures
• and follow quality, safety, OSHA, and EPA requirements.
