What you'll do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• lead management meetings and discussions with buyer and seller advisors
• guide diligence schedules and analysis
• advise on EBITDA adjustments and business considerations
• identify critical accounting areas
• analyze operating and financial metrics
• prepare Quality of Earnings reports
• review balance sheet items, working capital, and debt-like items
• advise on purchase agreement accounting
• manage client projects and deliverables
• oversee and coach associates and offshore teams
• identify technology and process improvements.
