What you'll do

• Lead the branch team to meet sales and service goals

• monitor transactions, errors, loan volume, sales, and new accounts
• develop community relationships and business
• resolve member issues and complaints
• ensure branch coverage
• fill in for teller and member service duties
• maintain regulatory and policy compliance.
