What you'll do

• Maintain facility equipment and assist with preventive maintenance records
• report malfunctions or losses
• complete required documentation and assist with quality assurance reports
• support fire alarm, sprinkler, emergency power, and other testing. Perform grounds care, debris removal, snow and ice removal, floor care, painting, mechanical-room upkeep, and routine vehicle maintenance coordination.
